For your convenience, we offer in-person and virtual visit appointments for most standard banking services. Virtual visits give you the flexibility to meet our team from anywhere, while in-person appointments offer even more services to cover all your financial needs.

 In-person appointments

Meet with a team member at one of our locations throughout Greater Cincinnati.

  • Schedule an appointment with a GECU representative at your nearest branch location.
  • Complete in-person services: withdrawing or depositing cash, wire transfers, having documents notarized, and renting a safe deposit box.
  • Meet specialized team members for Business Services or Mortgage expertise.

Virtual visits

Meet a locally-based team member from the convenience of your phone or computer.1

  • Schedule a virtual visit with a GECU representative to open new accounts, apply for loans, get account support, and explore membership benefits.
  • Meet securely via Microsoft Teams on your computer or mobile device from the comfort of home, or wherever you are.
  • Use video to chat face-to-face, schedule a phone call, and/or share your screen throughout the appointment.
Once you schedule an appointment, you will receive a confirmation and reminders to the email address and phone number you provided at the time of booking. The confirmation email will include a list of documents you will need based on the appointment type you selected.
